Potato Honey Mask

I just tried a new face mask today which is potato and honey face mask. I used potato because last time I used it before. My sis saw it in the magazine and I used sliced potato on my face and it's so smooth after that (you can rub the potato on your skin 1st)

So what I did today was my usual facial routine.
1. Scrub or wash face (wash face if already scrub the previous day)
2. Steam face
3. Press out pimples
4. Scrub with sugar (not a good idea because must wait so long for swelling on face to reduce and it hurts. should scrub before pressing out pimple)
5. Put potato and honey mask for 30 mins and rinse off (pound 1 whole potato and use only the juice and mix it with honey and apply on plain sheet mask then onto face or directly on face, any how you like)
6. Tone and moisturize

The result,my skin is so smooth, clear and not dry after this. I feel it's much smoother than any other mask I've used. I used to like Amway deep cleansing mask (clay mask). The effect is almost the same as this potato honey mask but my skin is dryer and not so clean with the Amway mask.

My money, my problem!!!!

I told my mum I bought La Senza bra, she immediately said it's no good. WTF!!! She nvr tried it before ok. She will never try new bras. She don't dare to take risks at all. She said I should have waited for her to bring me out to buy and sign my dad's card. HMPH!! SHUT UP!!!! My mum will never let me buy La Senza even if I'm with her and she's not paying. She will insist Triumph or Wacoal or Marks and Spencer. She better stop taking crap. I'm the one wearing the bra and washing it, not her. If I ask for expensive things, she will say it's too expensive, but if she sees it, it's cheap. If I buy cheap things, she will say it's low quality and not worth. The way she spend is much more not worth ok. She buys clothes that are on sale and never wears them. I wear all the clothes I buy and all the things I buy. So what the hell should I buy now?

It's not like my mum gives allowance now. She doesn't even pay for my shopping anymore. All she does is sign my dad's card. It's my god damn money. I handle it. I don't even spend compulsively. I only buy the things I need and the things that I really want. The word sale cannot trick me into buying things I do not need. I never buy clothes that looks ok, I only buy clothes that looks nice and above.

La Senza with love

Today, I bought 3 new La Senza bras!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG I'm so happy!!!!!!! I always wanted La Senza bras since so long ago. I hardly go in the shop last time but many months ago, I went in and the bras were on sale. It's RM165 for 3 pieces, only RM55 per piece!!!! So cheap. Don't compare with those RM20 bras because those are not good quality ones and cannot fit well.

I will so buy La Senza bras when they have sale again. I will keep it for Chinese New Year. I always wanted them every since their last offer but didn't buy them because I don't find the need for them. But I buy things and I will wear it, not keep only because sayang. Like that keep the money much better. My friends can buy it at cheaper price. Haih, their timing must be good. They buy the bras for only like RM40 per piece.

All these 3 bras are RM165. The promotion is 3 for RM165.
There are many varieties.

This is a ultra soft bra. It cannot really stay in shape and you can see
2 dots when wearing it but it's so comfy. It's a non-push up bra.
Original price RM99

This is a very La Senza looking bra. It's 4 way push up and surprisingly
this bra is not heavy. Original price RM99
This is also a push up bra, 3 way push up . I find this bra
so cute. Original price RM79

Charmed

I downloaded Charmed Seasons 1-3 last week. There's 23 episodes in the first season. It's so nice to watch back old shows. Thanks to my friends who mentioned it, I downloaded Charmed.

I still remember last time during my primary school or high school days, me sis and I used to watch Charmed every week. After a while it became not so interesting, more like when Prue died and Paige came to replace her.

Charmed is basically about 3 sisters in their 20's living together in a big and fancy house which they inherited. Warlocks (evil creatures who kill witches for their powers), Banshees and Demons come and attack them every episode. They have this Book of Shadows where they find information about witchcraft and all those Demons and spells.

My mid term break

For my mid term break, Sarah came down from Melaka to celebrate her 21st birthday. We went to Frontera in Jaya One. They serve Tex Mex food and they have habanero wings. I soooooo want to try habanero ever since watching so many episodes of Man vs Food. But obviously the habanero here are not spicy eventhough I ordered super spicy. They range from regular spicy, super spicy and inferno. I bet the shop didn't use much habanero because it's expensive here. It's not as spicy as cili padi and it still cannot beat the chilli I ate in Bandung. That chilli was sooooooooo spicy. It's more like the spicy where you will cough before eating. 1 drop of it and it's flaming hot.

Next, I also went to Masjid India to buy some sewing supplies and some cloth to practice sewing. I can conclude that I rather buy clothes because I am sooooo impatient that I never take time to measure and my clothes come out so out of shape. I still don't know how to sew stretchable fabric. I actually have the ball point needle at home to sew stretchable fabric. I was like an idiot going everywhere in Malaysia asking for ball point needle. I bet people here don't care what needle they use at all.

Besides that, I also made custard puff with my sis and another time alone. It's not a very good idea to do it alone because it's sooo damn tiring and no one helps you to clean up. OMGGG. It was real tiring. My baking tray was so small and I had to bake 4 rounds.

I only managed to workout only twice during the holidays because I was so damn lazy. I sleep so much in the day and I sleep through my workout session. I must go swimming when I'm free.

Now, sem starts but I have no class on Monday so I took this day to do my assignments. I only remembered about my assignment like last night. Thank god my friend posted it in FB if not I will totally forget about it. Now I'm halfway through it and it's killing me. I have to summarize a 30 page article into 500 words. I better continue my assignment

How to make pillow case

Nowdays I really like sewing. I went to Masjid India to buy some sewing stuff. In the end mydin has the cheapest sewing stuff but you have to buy so many at once and they obviously don't have everything. I still think the sewing shop near my house has alot of things. So I bought some sewing accessories and some material. The best part is that I can't find ball point needle. In the end, I found out there are 2 ball point needles in my house. Haih. I'll just buy from ebay.

These are the materials I bought from Kamdar in Masjid India (the cloth doesn't come with the black elastic. the elastic is RM3 per meter). The cloth are RM2.80 per meter and I bought 2 meter each.

Now back on how to sew pillow case.

Measure the pillow case according to another existing pillow case and cut off all the edges so it will be 2 seperate pieces of cloth. You can keep the bottom of the pillow case uncut if you cut it that way.

Fold in and hem the edges that is marked in black. The longer piece is to tuck in the pillow so that the pillow doesn't slip out.

Next, fold in the long piece of material into the inside of the pillow case like so (look at the right side, not the left because the fan blew the material at the left side)

Next, sew the raw edges of the material on the outside of the pillow case (the part where you will sleep on). I do this because I like french seam and I don't have a serger.

After this, turn the pillow case inside out then sew the seams but of course more inside than the previous one.
You can just sew the inside part of the pillow case to make your life easier. Youtube what is French seam because I won't explain it.

Finally, turn your pillow case inside out then tadaaa!!!! A pillow case. Simple as that but I still took 2 hours because there were so many mistakes.

Feedback from other posts

Now I'm going to post feedbacks on my previous posts.

  1. 1st is about my new bikini from the post 'New bikini arrived' . I sew it with a normal sewing machine needle, not a proper ball point needle. The taylor in a shop uses normal needle but too small, so I went home and redo. My friends said some taylors are no good. 1 example is the 1 that did my swimsuit. Some really don't care and don't know. Everything in this world has good and bad.
  2. Next is 'Wishlist'. I cancelled out the things I already bought.
  3. Sugaring. Do not do it if you're not skilled. I tried it and it gave me and my friend ingrown hairs. I get dry skin and bumps. It's because of the hair follicles and stuff. In conclusion, just ask a professional to do it or you can always practice more.

Our anniversary

I know I uploded this very late. It's because I'm so damn lazy to update my blog recently. I won't use the excuse that I'm busy finding place to intern because I never take like 10 hours to complete it. I only took a few hours to do it and the rest is just email. Copy paste everything to every company.

Btw, me and Adrian went to Tarbush to have dinner. It was so nice. The food there was nice and it's different. At least it's not all the time western food or Japanese food. I know those food are nice but Arabic or Iranian food is damnnnn nice. It's really different and the flavour is really different.

The food is real good and so is the price of the drinks. The total bill was RM106. It is so damn expensive because of the drinks. I ordered Arabic mint tea because can refill but I never refill. It's RM 7 and Adrian ordered Cupacino, RM10 and 7 Up, RM5.

For appetizer, we (I mean I) had Fetush Eggplant. It's not really nice but it comes with crunchy Turkish bread. YUMMMM. The dressing is olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It's nothing special. The best salad I've ever tasted was Itallianies Ceser Salad.

Pictures aren't really good because of the lighting. We decided to sit outside because the view is nice. It's not like I'm sitting facing the view also. But I prefer inside because it's so damn hot outside, even though it's at night. The portable air-cond is not even cold. So, next time should sit inside even though the air-cond is quite cold.

For our anniversary, I also wore the dress I bought from Sarah's blogsopt. It's cosmostrings.blogspot.com.

Chess boxing

A new sport I just heard of just now while watching tv was Chess Boxing. My dad was looking at the info of other channels while I was watching tv and he told me about Chess Boxing and should watch it.

He said it's about 2 man boxing and then play chess. There is actually a chess table in the middle of the boxing ring. It's so weird and dont go together. They still wear the hand covers while playing chess. So I think they play chess right after boxing. How weird 0.0

How to manage your account

This post is more for uni or college students like me. As you know, I'm studying accounting so I can't hide from being called an accounting nerd. I actually call people that eventhough I myself am one. For my expenditure, I use Microsoft Excel because I can create my own layout that suits me. I use journal entry and post the cash balance, food spending, shopping spending and bank balance (all of them are cumulative so that the last amount of food spending or shopping for the week is the total amount spent on food or shopping) at the right side of my journal entry. I draw another table for those parallel to the journal entries.

There's another website which enables you to keep track of your expenditure (spendings). The website is www.spendingprofile.com. I know this website from Dori because she wanted to keep track of her spending using microsoft excel but she used this website instead. This website is obviously much easier to use but I prefer my own way of keeping track of my expenditure.

Obviously there is an easier way to do this like how 1 of my friend does is to take your allowance and deduct all your expenditure like simple maths in school.

Face Mask

Went to Sunway Pyramid with Adrian just now. Bought 6 face masks (sheet mask) for only RM20.65. It's RM5.90 for one and 2 for RM6.88. Bought it at Guardian. I obviously went to compare prices at Guardian and Watsons.

I used Nabila's camera which is Canon G11 Powershot. It still cannot beat DSLR of course. This pic is blur brcause I'm not so good in using her camera.

I also tried St Ive's firming mask. It's clay mask so it's really really dry. Recently my skin is a little dry because I didn't use moisturizer for a few nights while at Bandung and sleep in air-cond room

Shopping in Bandung

Right now, Trixie is licking me non-stop and keep on calling me with her hands. So annoying. No matter how much i pat her, I can never stop because she will continue to do the same. She's such a princess because she's my family's 1st dog. So spoilt like a princess.

Ok, shopping in Bandung is nice eventhough it's only outlets. They have alot of American brands and they have some European ones like H&M and MNG. The factory is in Bandung thats why there are so many outlets there.

The best place is Rumah Mode because their clothes is not so FOS like. Their clothes are affordable. Bandung is shorts heaven. I love shorts and shorts there are damn cheap, only RM20+, not like in Malaysia, RM40+ which i think is not worth. Their jeans are not too expensive. I bought mine for only RM70. Sadly, I didn't get much tops there.

I also went to The Secret. It's not that great. Clothes in Rumah Mode is much nicer. The layout of The Secret is so confusing and messy. There's also Jalan Dagor which is a street full of factory outlets. Didn't walk much there because it seems like my family don't like it there. I ended up buying an undersized dress because my dad rushed me. If not, I would have bought another dress. The outlets in Jalan Dagor is like FOS.

We also went to Heritage, where the clothes there are very casual, alot of T-shirts. It's also like FOS but obviously it's much cheaper, unlike FOS which is so damn overpriced. You can't try on T-shirts there, which I hate. I pantang buy clothes without trying. There's also Toko Tiga, where they sell can say only jeans. There's even Levi's. Some of them cost RM100+ and some RM300+.

There's also a shopping mall called Pasar Baru like Sg Wang, the top floor sells clothes like in Sg Wang but the lower floor sells fabrics for Kebaya and clothes. I bought my Kebaya from 2 different shops. There are so many shops that sell only Fabric. Practically every shop sells material for Kebaya. So the lucky shop got business from my family.

Handbags there are expensive. All of them that I see are imitation so I obviously didn't buy any. They have ALL brands including MNG. Not an expensive brand also want to imitate. Shoes in Bandung are not pretty. Shoes in Malaysia are much nicer.

The food in Indonesia is good. It's like the Malay food in Malaysia. I can eat the food there because I always eat malay food in campus. It's actually nice. Food to eat in Indonesia are Nasi Timpel, Nasi Padang, Ayam Penyet and some of their noodles. Fried rice there taste the same.

Once my sis ate noodles, it was served with 1 jar of chilli that looks like the Chinese chicken rice chilli, she tried 1 drop, and it was damn spicy. She asked my mum and aunt to try it. They both found it damn spicy. From their reaction, it's real hot. So I tried 1 drop from my chopstick (people there use chopstick for all noodles), OMG, it was damn spicy.

The spicyness is different from our cili padi (bird's eye chilli). It taste more to Tabasco kind of hot. Maybe they use habanero or something. I really want to try habanero because I watch Man vs Food and habanero is the world's hottest chilli/pepper.

You can visit my Facebook for some pictures of Bandung. I just remembered I forgot to take photo of 1 cosmetic bag I bought. It cost RM10 and my sis and mum saw it in a shop in Puchong, it only cost RM8. haha. Here are the things I bought in Bandung:

Wishlist

My shopping list for now:

  1. Shoes (wedges and flats as in fancy sandals, not ballerina flats)
  2. La Senza Bras
  3. Nice tops
  4. Camera Remote
  5. Bikini (optional). If can I would buy Speedo because I can actually try it and it's good quality. I also really want Victoria's Secret because it looks nice on the models but will only look OK on me but the disadvantage is I can't try them.
  6. Lipgloss (optional)
  7. Working clothes (optional)

Places I want to visit, in order in which I want to visit 1st:

  1. Middle East because I met so many people from there and really want to know their culture. I also loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Arabic food. It's so nice. The Middle Eastern booths in campus is interesting.
  2. Botswana because I want to know how it's like there. Words from friends there is really not enough for me.
  3. USA because of TV. I know USA is very commercialized. My friend said it's no big deal there.
  4. Europe because my mum has been there twice and it looks so nice.
  5. Turkey because it looks so nice in TV. The Kebabs look so nice in TV. Watched it when Anthony Bourdain visited Turkey and he ate all the kebabs..... so niceeeee
  6. Forgot to add this earlier, I also want to go to Mexico because their food looks so damn nice. All their tacos, burito, tortilla....... Their tacos and tortilla looks so damn tempting in tv

Weird Dream, After exam

Yesterday (Tuesday), I so wanted to change my sleeping habit so that it's actually normal. For this past month, I've been sleeping at 6-9am and wake up at 2-3pm. Once I slept at 11pm but I woke up at like 2am. My body is telling me that it's nap time, not sleeping time.

So today, I went swimming. I so wanted to go swimming the past week but it rained every evening so I can't go. So today I managed to go swimming because it didn't rain. I only manage to swim like 6 laps in total because I was a little tired and also I didn't swim for so long, I lost some of my strength.

After swimming, went to have dinner with Adrian then we went to library to study. I was so damn tired I didn't study, I just went online to read the news and read National Geographic magazine. There are Reader's Digest too!!!! There are magazines that consist of like 1 year's worth of issues compiled into 1 hardcover book. Unfortunately, we cannot borrow them unless we see the manager and needed it very urgently.
It was so cold in the library and made me soooo sleepy so I went back to sleep at 10.30pm. I was so happy I can sleep early but then woke up at like 2am because of these stupid dream. I had two dream which I don't remember the sequence.

Dream #1:
I went to Genting Highlands with Adrian and we were in like a shopping mall there which looks much more posh than those in Genting. Then I saw my uncle at the escalator, he had long hair and it was damn damn damn ugly. He was so damn mean, he want to report to my dad that I have a bf. Then I said he will be dead if he told.

Then I met one of my aunt. [That aunt teaches yoga in IBM Cyberjaya so she always join me, my sis and Adrian for dinner (This is real, not in the dream)]. Then I remembered talking to my aunt that that's my dream.

Dream #2:
This is the dream that made me so damn angry. I found out that Adrian went to some pasar malam in KL and walk walk with his friends and didn't call me or tell me. He only told me a few days later which made me more mad. I was so mad because now we hardly go out and my life is so boring. He went with his 3 friends, Esther, Helen and Eva. I've only met Esther real life. It's so weird because I think Esther doesn't mix with the other 2 but he called all of them, oh well.

I was so damn mad because he didn't bring me out. Then in my dream I didn't say that I'm so angry, I just kept it to myself. If it's real life, I will bising like mad!!!!! I will say everything I feel to him, 100%. I was so damn angry from the dream, almost waking up and when I was awake. But I wasn't mad after a while.

..........................................................................

Today is Adrian's last day of exam!!!!!!!! So it means we can go out. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only go out eat somewhere further than Cyberjaya, not go shopping because my exam ends on Friday. I was suppose to study on Tuesday night, after my Tuesday paper but I didn't because I was so damn tired. Even my friend doesn't want to study on Tuesday but I wanted but didn't manage.

I so can't wait for my exam to end, OMG OMG OMG. Then on Friday, after my paper, I will go and meet Yee Mei and Jia Lynn. Yee Mei is leaving for UK on Friday and she really wants to meet Adrian. So I should plan the outing to be in Sunway Pyramid because Adrian knows how to get there. I feel so bad that she has been back home for 4 months and have not met Adrian.

Sugaring

Last weekend, I tried to make sugar to sugar my hair from my body. Sugaring is a technique where sugar is used to remove hair. There's 2 techniques to use this sugar. For both technique, apply some powder before using. 1st technique is the sugar heated up a little to and applied to skin and used like waxing.

The next technique is called ball technique. I've been using this technique because I don't have cloth. A ball of sugar is used. 1 video said knead the sugar for 5 minutes before using. Knead until the sugar is no more transparent. But you can do it without kneading though. Hold the ball of sugar with your finger tips and apply it on your skin on the opposite direction of your hair growth. You have to apply it a few times to get a thin even layer. Then, pull off all the sugar with the remaining sugar on your finger tips in the direction of your hair growth. It's quite hard to master it and I don't think you really understand what I'm talking about. You should just watch the video.

When I use the ball technique, I don't know why I can't use it for my whole body. The sugar becomes like caramel and not transparent and gooey. It can stick but when you pull it out, there's a trail of sugar and it's quite hard to sugar. I've just watched more youtube videos, I hold the sugar with 2 fingers and pull it out. The sugar is suppose to stick to your finger tips and use the remaining sugar on your finger tips and pull the sugar off your skin. Takes practice.

The sugar is easy to cook. It's just 1 unit of sugar, 1/8 unit of lime/lemon/orange juice and 1/8 unit of water. I used 1 cup sugar, 1/8 cup lime juice and 1/8 cup water. Most youtube videos uses 2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/4 cup water.

I suggest you read some and watch a few youtube videos before making the sugar. Took me forever and many tries to get it right. Even now my sugar is not right. It's overcooked and too brown and hard (keras).

My sugaring is not very effective because I've altered the recipe abit because I reboil it so many times, I added some water. But it's still fine. I can say the sugar I made is quite effective because the hair really cabut out but there are some that are so stubborn that cannot come off.

I watched some home videos and some beauty salon videos. Both are the same. Here's the videos on how to make the sugar and 1 on how to use it on your body.

Channel Nail Polish

Just now in Subang Parade, me and my sis went to try on Channel nail polish. OMG!! The texture is so good. I'm not a big fan of nail polish so I never try all the brands. The most expensive brand I've tried is Revlon. Revlon is really good. The texture is good and nice to apply. My sis bought the Revlon nail polish which is scented when dry. Haha.

The Channel nail polish texture is so good, now like Elianto, so lousy. The Channel nail polish is so good that I applied many layers and it's still nice. The colour is very even, which means parts that has more layer than other looks the same and it dries without lines. The finishing is real good, so smooth and it dries so damn fast, not like elianto. Elianto takes at least 30 mins to completely dry, the surface and inside. When the surface is dry but the inside is not, you hit your nail then the nail polish smudge or dent. The Channel nail polish dries up so fast that the surface and inside dries and you cannot dent or smudge it because it dries up totally and it's hard.

I don't know the colour name because I randomly tried it.

My sis decided to buy a Channel nail polish because it's so damn good and many people love it. It cost RM70. For me, I want to buy a new lipgloss. I have 1 which is free from the makever from Clinique, it's ok but I hate the wand applicator. It makes my lips look swollen and not suitable for me. I like the brush lipgloss. During the makeover I used that and my lips looks so pouty and damn nice.

So I will buy a brush lipgloss from the counter. I want to buy 1 good one because I always buy those cheap ones and don't like it in the end and hardly use it so I have to throw it away after 1 year. So I should buy an expensive one and use it all the time. I generally hate buying low quality items because it's a waste of money. I will eventually hate it or it will spoil.

Obsessed with bikinis and lingerie

Went to Subang Parade just now. I saw La Senza panties in Parkson, it cost RM89 for 5 pieces so it's RM18 per piece. It's actually ok price. Triumph is also so expensive. Normal nice bra cost at leat RM70 nowdays. If it's RM40, that means it's damn ugly and low quality. Even offer price hardly reach RM40. Offer bras cost at least RM50 from triumph.

La Senza bras are 3 for RM169 which is RM 56 per piece of Rm 139 for 2 pieces which is RM69.5 per piece. That is the normal price for bras now. Not like last time, RM40 is expensive. Inflation. Now it's RM60. Last time RM50 is so much money. Now RM50 is so little.

I remembered triumph sold sloggi panties, not those in the packet ones. They sold RM30 for 3 pieces of bikini panties or RM40 for 3 pieces of boylegs. The packet panties were also cheap that time (few months ago). They were all RM75 but some are 6 for RM75, 5 for RM75 or 4 for RM75. So cheap. So regret never buy the non-packet sloggi panties because they were nice.

I also would suggest buying sorella. It's cheap and good. Their seamless panties are only RM15 per piece. It's quite cheap compared to other brands. I don't like scarlet. It goes into your butt. I once bought their seamless panty for RM10 and the lining came off when I removed the pantyliner. The glue is not strong.

So in the end, I would suggest buying a little more expensive panties and bras because they last long and because of that, you will have alot of panties and bras at one time. This is because you don't throw old ones but keep them so you have alot at once. I love to buy lingerie expecially panties but I don't buy those cheap cheap ones la.

Now I have like 40 panties and 30 bras. I still feel I want more. Typical girl. The number of panties and bras are those that I only wear, not those that I don't wear. I keep some bras since like 5 years ago. I have 1 triumph bra which is 7 years old and it's not loose but of course the material got thinner thanks to the maid who took revenge by spoiling clothes.

I also love bikinis. I regret buying my current one because if I never buy, I will but Victoria's Secret's bikinis because they look so nice and it was so cheap few weeks ago before they brought in new collection. Top is like USD9.99 and so is bottom. They will deduct 40% off total bill but shipping is not worth. USD27.99 to Malaysia. They use those UPS, DHL. Of cos la. Must keep reputation mah. So want new bikinis. Never mind, go Bandung and buy new bikinis and panties. heheheh

New Post Finally!!!

I know many people are waiting for me to come up with new posts. Its been a few weeks since I'd posted. I've been very lazy to post and also busy with assignments. Finals are around the corner.

So last few weeks, I've been so obsessed with sewing so I sewn my very first dress. It took me 2 nights because the first night, the dress looks ugly then the next day I removed the stitches and resew. So now it looks better.

I had a post on 28th August but never posted it because I don't have the photo so here was my post for then:

Well for me, I've never sew a doll dress before. These few days I've been so obsessed with sewing. I took out the sewing machine and started sewing the table runner but it's not a good material to sew because it's slippery and hard to sew.

This afternoon, I spent the whole time drawing out pattern for bikinis (only bikini top). I got it from this website http://www.patternschool.com/?page_id=309. I also downloaded some patterns from this site http://www.burdastyle.com/.

Tonight, I sew my very first dress. I took my really, really old pyjamas and sew. I remember having it when i was like 10. Thats 11 years ago. There are no more prints on the pyjama and it has holes at the shoulder and the material is already very thin.

It took me 5 hours to complete the dress because I'm a first-timer and I'm not skilled. I so lazy to explain la. It's so complicated to explain and people won't understand so I'll just save my time.

Swimming in 3k

Today me and my sis went to 3k Subang Jaya to swim. It's a public indoor pool. It's damn uglyyyyyyy. The interior damn ugly compared to MMU's swimming pool. The water is obviously damn cold and the water is damn dirty. I actually feel dirty. The entrance fee is RM 4 (public holiday) and I didn't being home my swimming cap and I had to rent it for RM2. It's not nice. I rather go back MMU and swim. The toilet is also not nice.

As for my bikini, the neck tie came off as usual because it's tie string. If I tie double knot, then it wont come off. But if I tie double ribbon, it still comes off. I actually think (since last time), no matter how you tie it, it will definitely come off because of the material. It's slippery.

Now I'm in the bikini craze. I so want to learn how to sew a bikini. I so want to find sewing class or courses and want to learn how to sew stretch fabric. I obviously have to learn how to sew non-stretch fabric first.

Just now I was trying to sew (by machine) a bikini using the cheap table runner from some event 2 years ago. The table runner actually doesn't belong to me because we used the club's money but if I give it back to the club, they won't use it.

The table runner is not stretch material but it can stretch a little. It's those cheap cloth, RM2 per metre. It's so slippery too. I tried sewing a twist bandeau top bikini with it, obviously look ugly because I sew with hand, not machine. I really love twist bandeau tops. Many years ago I saw bras like that but now no more and bikinis are taking those designs. It obviously suit bikini more. It doesn't even look like a bikini. I wanted to sew a bikini that looks like this :

I will definitely learn how to sew because after looking at Victoria's Secret bikini, I love it so much eventhough most of the designs look the same but different colour. I didn't know that all scissors are right-handed. My friend told me once but it doesnt really bother me. She showed me while cutting paper. It's harder to cut with left hand because the scissors might not cut. I used a huge scissors to cut the fabric just now, I think it's a fabric scissors, it's so hard to cut. I tried turning the scissors around where my thumb and other 4 fingers are holding the scissors wrongly, it cut so easily. I should buy a left handed scissors or just buy a scissors with 2 equal hole sizes.

I also want to learn how to sew dresses because I always like wearing dresses but I never buy them because I think it's expensive. It's actually not because you only wear one piece of clothing at a time, not 2. If we wear 2 garments at a time, it also cost almost same as a dress. I also want to learn how to sew dresses because I saw alot of nice dresses but never buy it because I don't think I use them or it's expensive or it's low quality. Those low quality dresses are really bad.

New debit card arrived!!!!

My new debit card just arrived on Monday!!! My dad message me saying that the debit card has arrived and ask me to put in 5k to let him try. Hahahaha. So today, Friday, I got home and couldn't find the letter. I must be so blind. So I can't activate it yet until tomorrow morning.

Debit card is obviously the opposite of credit card. Debit card is like touch n go where you reload money into your debit card and use it to spend. It's by Mastercard. You can use it at every Giant Hypermarket (according to the brochure). The brochure also writes 'A nominal fee of RM1 will be levied for every successful Cash transaction'. I don't know what it means. I think it means that card holder will be charged RM1 per Cash transaction. Oh well, I only got the debit card to do online shopping, primarily ebay.

Now, I'm so addicted to playing sudoku ever since Adrian showed me the game Brain Age in his Nintendo DS. I only like to play the sudoku in there. So after leaving his place, I went online to find web sudoku. The best I found so far is http://www.sudokuslam.com/.

Self heating hot chocolate

Just now, my roommate Nabila bought a self heating hot chocolate from the Cyberia shop (actually called NZ. It's the convenience store near campus). It's a can of hot chocolate which can heat itself. It's expensive, RM5.90 and it's 200ml not 325ml or somewhere there like the normal can. The size of it is like a normal can.

Hot chocolate gets hot anywhere, anytime

Instructions (since the photo is blur because my hands are shaky):
1. PRESS. Turn upside down, remove seal at base of can and press activation button.
2. Shake. Whilst upside down, shake the can for 20 seconds and then turn upright.
3. Wait. Make sure the can is upright. Wait 3 minutes for the drink to get hot. Open the can & enjoy.

Top view

Bottom view with Dori as the hand model.

Dori and Nabila jakun with the can

Push can 1.5cm here. Nabila wanted to take a ruler and measure. How do we actually know how deep 1.5 cm is. Dori pushed it until there's a click

Dori shaking the can. Dori accidentally hit Nabila's foot that's why she's like that. Haha

It's getting hot.

Wait 3 minutes.

Temperature indicator which doesn't indicate anything.

Nabila opening the can

Refund!!!

You actually drink from that tiny hole at the black plastic part.

The naked can. We were just curious on how it looks like on the inside.

Bottom of the can. There's like a plastic as the base. Nabila took it off, then there's aluminium foil and 2 layers of tissue.

Tadaaaaa!!! The inside of the can which heats up the can then the drink.

Breast enhancement

The other day I was trying to find this video in youtube. I saw that video in Facebook once and it's quite fascinating. It's about a guy, who is like a girl, he demonstrates how to make cleavage using like 4 bras.

It looks so uncomfortable. I would rather buy a super push up bra. I think it still cost the same as wearing 2 nu bra, 1 bra silicone padding (not push up padding but the whole boob padding) and a normal push up bra. At least wearing just 1 push up bra with added padding or silicone is much more comfortable and not so hot as wear 4 bras.

There is another video which I saw last night. It's so creative. It's about lifting your breasts using stickier. You simply place the sticker on top of your boobs (it obviously never cover your nipple!!!!) and lift up your boobs and stick the remaining sticker on your chest.

I also saw some videos on breast reduction surgery. I pity those girls who actually have really huge and heavy breasts. It looks like their breasts is weighing them down until it hurts their back to stand straight.

Some women go for breast reduction surgery and they end up cannot feel the top part of their breasts or nipples. They also cannot breast feed anymore. Now there is a new technique where they use liposuction. This will not cause the patients to not feel their breasts or ability to breast feed. This procedure is also much better because the surgeon sucks out the fat from their breasts instead of removing some fats or tissue from their breasts. Liposuction also heals much faster because a small incision is made unlike breast redusction surgery, they cut alot.

I also youtube on some women who have large labia. I pity them because it's so uncomfortable and it's painful. It hurts when they wear too tight pants or panties or when they workout. I saw once Xiaxue was very rude about women who have floppy labia. She was laughing at them where there are women actually experience discomfort and pain.

Some of the woman who have large labia and went for surgery that did not work. Some women so pitiful, the surgeon did not do a good job, left them with incomplete job. They still have excess labia which still bothers them. This is not as bad compared to some women who their surgeon actually did a mistake or somewhat that causes the patient to not have any labia left. There are 2 surgeons who specialize in this and they actually manage to operate on this women until they have perfect labia. This is the video. It's for adults and it's a little graphic so don't watch if you don't feel like it.

I really solute the doctors who did a great job. The patient's life change dramatically because of these doctors.

New bikini arrived!!!

My new bikini just arrived last Friday and this morning my sis went to collect it because I don't have a debit card and paypal. The bikini top was oversize but it fits because it's tie string at the back. It's quite supported because the back strap is thick, not just a string. The bikini top also comes with padding. It looks nice and it's black. The beads at string for the neck is also covered with plastic.

The bottom looks so damn big. Like Malaysian panty XL. It seems so big but it fits eventhough it's much bigger than my panties. I also found out that bikini bottom is little bigger than panties because swimsuit does not stretch so much, unlike panties, the material stretch so much when worn.

Above is how big the bikini bottom is compared to my favuorite panty from sorella. When worn, the panty will also stretch as big as the bikini bottom. The bikini bottom is a little loose on top of the butt but it's fine. Americans are big.

Facial

Ok, I always do facial, like once a week but nearing to exam, there's no time for that. This week I did facial twice. For my daily cleanser, I use Bio-Essence Deep Cleanser with Pine Pollen. I used to use the almost the same one but without Pine Pollen. I think my previous cleanser is no more selling. My current cleanser is very good because it feels clean and it does not tighten your skin at all.
Above: Price is less than RM 20 each. Price is different depending on sale or where you buy.

I used to use Clearasil Cleanser with Moisturizer. At first when I used it, it was good and clean. After a few bottles, it doesn't feel so clean anymore so I switch to Bio-Essence. My mum recommend my sis the Bio-Essence Face Essence like that. It's an anti-aging youth serum with Pine Pollen (around RM70). It's real good and it's like oil-base but it doesn't feel oily after that. My sister's skin improved alot after using it so she bought the whole set which is cleanser, toner and the youth serum. So I obviously tried her cleanser and it's really good. So now me and my sis are using the same cleanser.

I also notice for teens or pre-teens who are developing pimples and always have breakouts, they should use tea tree oil. It really is effective for people who just start having pimples. I am so lucky to start having pimples at 11 and by 14, I don't have much pimples anymore. But obviously I often have breakouts because the school is so hot and dirty.

When I was 16, I used Loreal Pure Zone cleanser and toner (less than RM20 each). The cleanser is the one with micro-beads. The toner is really, really strong. Alot of alcohol and it really cleans. Sadly, it's no more selling because it is so strong, it cannot be used in the long run. I think I used this cleanser for like 4 years. In the end, my face became dry. Teenagers skin can stand strong cleanser more (I feel). As we age, our skin gets dryer. I'm not saying that I'm that old but my skin gets dry from certain cleansers now.

For the toner, I'm currently using Clearasil. Toner takes forever to finish. This toner I don't think it's really good. It does not have effect on my skin but I still have to finish it up. I use this cleanser because my 2 previous cleanser is Clarasil. After this, I'm going to use Bio-Essence. I actually don't see much effect of the toner but after switching to Clearasil toner, my face don't feel so nice.

Above: Toner (less than RM20) and trusty moisturizer (less than RM15 i think)

For moisturizer, the best so far is Clean and Clear Moisturizer. This takes longer than toner to finish. It's so good. I only use this at night, after toning. When you wake up the next day, your skin feels so smooth. Even 1 of my friend start using this moisturizer after trying mine. Most people will think it's such a not good range of face care but only the moisturizer is good. The cleanser and toner is not good. I've been using this for 10 years.

Ok, here is my typical facial routine:

1. Wash face with St Ives Apricot Scrub, Invigorating (Around RM20+). It's cheap and good and can be used on the body as well.

2. Steam face. I use the steam iron that you see in boutiques to steam my face. I will also use a towel to cover my head and the iron so that the steam will be directed to your face. If you don't have that, you can always boil water and put your face on top of the boiling water and use a towel to cover your face and the water to trap the steam. Steam your face until it feels wet. I will take less than 5 minutes.

3. I will press out all my pimples and clear all my pores by using the 'pimple stick' and by using my fingers. Remember to wrap your fingers with tissue or else your face will be so red and colourful.
Important parts to clear:
a)the sides of your nose (use pimple stick),
b)between your eyebrows (use pimple stick),
c)your whole nose (use fingers),
d)your cheeks (scrape the pimple stick along your cheeks. Yes it sounds weird but your cheeks are real smooth after that. My mum did for me before)

4. Rinse your face to remove all impurities and to soothe your skin after it's bruised from pressing and towel dry.

5. Use face mask. I usually put for 30 minutes. My mum say you can put it overnight but your pillow will have all the face mask flakes if you use clay mask. My friends all told me that it's no good to leave on the mask too long because the dirt will go back into your skin. For face mask, I use Amway deep pore cleansing mask. I also like to buy packet mask. There's where all my money goes to. My favourite packet mask the Pink Kiss Mud Mask. Pink Kiss have alot of range and all of them are good. You can find it from Sasa or Gueardian or Watsons. I'm currently using mushy mask. It's clay mask and it contains rice starch which my friend told me that it can tighten your pores (not permanantly of course). You can experiment any face mask you want in the market to find which suits you best. I haven't tried all the face mask I wanted but I've tried alot.
Powder mask. Just add water and mix and apply on face. Contains kaolin, rice starch, talc, sodium alginate, glycyrrhiza. Can be used for like 5 times or more but it's very dry, cannot use more than once a week. RM6.90 from Sasa
Types of face mask:
a) Clay mask : when it's wet, it's creamy and not transparent. It cleanses the most especially Amway deep pore cleansing mask (no1 best mask I've used). Not good for dry skin because it dries up skin
Face mask from Amway. RM60+

b) Peel-off mask: cleanses skin as well but not as harsh as clay mask. Skin will be left not dry. Just like usual. It also can pull out some impuritiesRm 4.90 from Sasa, Guardian or Watsons

c) Sheet mask: does not cleanse for me. This mask has a totally different effect from clay and peel off mask. Your face feels so moist and hydrated. Your skin feels sooooooo nice but not so clean. It feels so supple and bouncy when you tap your cheeks.

6. Tone and moisturize.

So that is my usual facial routine. Sounds like so much things to do but it's actually not much. I just wrote alot. Most importantly, use all facial products on your neck as well. My daily routine is just cleanse 3 times a day and tone and moisturize at night. Hope you have a nice skin day!!!!

Shampoos

My house currently have 3 rejected bottles of shampoos. They are Palmolive 2 in 1 Pearl shampoo, Rejoice fruity smooth and VO5 for frequent wash shampoo. They are real bad shampoos. The Palmolive shampoo gives me and my sis dandruff. Our scalp were so itchy n flaky. The Rejoice shampoo is smooth but after a few days of using it, so much hair fall. I thought there was something wrong with me but it's actually the shampoo. VO5 shampoo is sooooo damn kasar but it's the only shampoo that is the safest to use. Usually if shampoos are kasar when you rinse with water, after your hair dry, it will feel smooth. But for VO5, noooooooooooooooooo. After your hair is dry, it's still soooo rough. I really thought my hair was damaged by the chlorine from Sunway Lagoon because I didn't wash my hair right after that. VO5 is really not good. I've tried it once many years ago but it's a different range.

In hostel, my shampoo takes forever to finish. It's Watson's brand olive oil shampoo. It's not bad. My hair feels a little rough when I rinse but after that, it's smooth when it's dry.

The best shampoos that I've tried so far is Clariol Herbal Essences. I tried almost all the range except for coloured hair and hello hydration and my favourite is transparent blue, Break's Over. All of them have nice smell. Go smell it yourself. I cannot describe smells. The transparent pink one smells same as Clariol's old shampoo, before they change their packaging. The old Clariol shampoo is also transparent pink. Clariol is good because my hair is smooth when I rinse off the shampoo and when it's dry.

I don't really like Dove. The smell is too strong. My sis likes it and she's using it. I feel my hair quite tangled when I rinse. My sis said you have to rub rub rub your hair for a longer time. It's ok only la for me.

Last time I only use Sunsilk. It's good also but I'm bored of it. I usually use the pink or orange one. They frequently change packaging. I feel that for Sunsilk, we have to use alot of shampoo.

For conditioner, I just buy those real cheap ones, those that is used in salons. I don't know why some people are so scared of cheap things. People will always use the cheapest thing for their business. The conditioner cost like RM12 for 1 gallon and I use alottttt of it since it's cheap. To me, conditioner don't have to be so good. Those conditioner can be found in those shops that sell those salon stuff.

For hair serum, I don't like those Sunsilk, Dove, all those kind. It's water base. So if you style your hair and put that, byebye. Your hairstyle is gone. It will obviously feel sooo smooth once apply because it's wet but after it dries, it feels like no effect. My favourite type of hair serum is those sold in small bottles and transparent. It's oil base so your hair will maintain its shape and your hair feels much smoother. Any brand of hair serum is ok with me just as long as it's oil base. I bought mine for only RM15 in campus. Some people came to campus and sold it.
