Workout!!!!

This is my workout routine if I go to the gym. I will start with some stretching.

1. Sun Salutation for extra stretching. I will only do this if only I am rajin or have time. Or sometimes I will have a quick jog.

2. 2 minute ab work out. This is like a warm up and cool down for ab exercise. It is really effective but very tough to do.


3. After that, I will do like 100 crunches.


4. After crunches, it will be at least 100 bicycle crunches


5. I will end my abs exercise with the 2 minute abs.

6. Now for the arms, using only 2kg dumbells. Not more because I can't lift them. Haha. For this, I don't do all the workout in this video. If I am too tired, I will just skip the lateral raise (it's very difficult to do with 2kg dumbells).


7. Now for the legs and butt, I usually don't workout my legs in the gym, I prefer to just go jogging. There's this really good pilates routine i found in youtube.


8. To cool down, I will do some stretching, and if rajin, Sun Salutation.

So, that is basically my workout routine everytime I go to the gym. I am planning to change my abs workout routine because I am a little bored of it. If you were to find workout for your abs, I suggest to look for pilates abs. My favourite channel in youtube for all these workout routine in called diethealth. They have alot of nice workouts but most of them are for girls. My favourite form of exercise is pilates. I just find it not too difficult and very effective. My advise to everyone is to buy your very own yoga or exercise mat. Buy it if you workout often.

Plants vs Zombies

During the holidays, I was so occupied with this game called Plants vs Zombies. The aim of the game is to build an army of plants to protect your house from the zombies. You will also need to plant sunflowers to collect suns to buy plants.


In this picture, the zombies are attacking my backyard. The mushroom gives sun so that we collect them to buy plants. The blue watermelon is called wintermelon. It is an upgraded version of the watermelon. It can hit a group of zombies and at the same time slow down the zombies. The blue plant is called snow peas. It shoots frozen peas at zombies and it will hurt and slow down the zombies. The light is to enable us to see through the fog. The magnet is to pull metal objects from the zombies so that they are weaker. The spikes on the floor (right side of the picture) is used to hurt the zombies. The zombies can eat all the plants except the spikes. The spikes are also upgraded.


In this picture, this is my army of plants on my roof. The zombies also attack through the roof. Don't know how they got there. All the plants must be planted on the vase. The tree is used to prevent bungee zombies from attacking my plants and also to avoid things to get thrown towards the plants.

In this picture, it's similar to the one above, just only i added a row of magnets. The magnets pull doors and helmets (which are actually metal buckets) from the zombies. The zombies only have 2 boxes to move because I am so kiasi, build such a big army of plants. Hahahaha!!!!


This is a picture of my zen garden. This is basically the plants I won during battle. The plants are kept so that it will grow and at the same time gives you some money. You can sell the plants to gain extra money but I so sayang to sell them because they look so damn cute!!! I bought the snail to help me collect the money but it's actually quite slow. I fed it chocolate (got if from battle) so that it can move faster. It's much faster than before but it's still slow. Haha.

In conclusion, this game is fun and addictive. Should try it!!!!

Cameron Highland Trip on 17th and 18th October

Last Saturday and Sunday, me, my sis, my mum and friend's mum went to Cameron Highlands. Another 6 of my mum's friends went too. We all stayed in a terrace house with 3 bedrooms. It's a real house in a housing area, not a guest house. I seriously don't like the cold weather.

On Saturday, we left the house at almost 6am. My mum drove all the way. Reached Cameron at like 10am. Went to a tea plantation, don't know what the name is. Next, we went to water cress valley and has a drink that has water cress. Taste like water cress soup.

After that, check in the house then sleep the whole day time since we had to wake up so early, not enough sleep also. I woke up at like 1pm or 2pm. Then my sis n mum were sleeping until like 5pm. I even managed to watch a movie in the meantime.

After movie, went to eat steamboat. All vege only. While eating, bad luck happened. It rained!!!!!! Even though it rained, I so beria-ia want to go to the pasar malam. The rain got lighter so we went to the pasar malam. We head to the umbrella stall 1st. Bought strawberry umbrella. So cute!!!!! We also bought alot of key chains of fruits: lychee, banana, durian, strawberry, orange, radish, chilli and lots more. Very cute!!!!!! Me and my sis also bought strawberry cushion. We were o crazy over the cushion. We saw it on the way up to cameron and we bought it in the pasar malam. It's so nice to hug n it's cute!!!!!

On Sunday, everyone except me and my sis woke up at 6am just to go to the morning market. So we woke up at 9.30am. We packed our stuff and went to boh tea plantation. The road so small and winding. My mum so skill to drive. Not to mention she can drive fast somemore. If it's me, I will drive very slow. After boh tea plantation, went to bee farm. Not that many bees there. After bee farm, went to cactus valley. Bought a few cactus plant for myself, Dori and Nabila. After that, head down to Ipoh to have lunch. Traffic jammmmmmm!!!!! On the way to cactus valley also jam. The jam is in Cameron. Reached home at night. My mum managed to drive until then. So semangat. So that's my Cameron trip. It was very dizzy looking at the road. If I don't look outside the car, I won't feel dizzy.
