My Sleepless Days

Hi everyone! This is my first time blogging. Here goes!!!!


For now, I can't sleep as usual. Attended DJ Club crash course yesterday (Friday). I haven't been getting enough sleep these few days. I wonder why. Let me tell you about my day.



On Thursday night, I could not sleep because i was feeling quite lonely. My roomie, Dori went out as usual. I slept at like 6am and got up at 8.30 am for my 9am class which ended at 12pm. The lecturer came 1 hour late. Damn!!! I could really use that extra 1 hour to sleep. After my class, I went back to sleep for another 2 hours then go for another class from 3.30pm till 6pm. It was boringggggggggggg. English class. I hate language subjects. Right after class, I went for the crash course until 12.30am. I finish washing my face and all those at 1.07am.


Later on, I chatted with one of my friend about the trip to Melaka which we will be going this Sunday. Then I still cant sleep so i downloaded movies from cyber tracker. Once I start watching movies, I can't stop. I'll get addicted until I can't sleep. So, I have to discipline myself not to watch so much movies at night. I watched It's a Boy Girl Thing. It's a story about this guy and girl who exchanged body. They are both in high school. Typical. I just like watching high school movies. It's my favourite type of movie. I never get bored of it.


I'm also on a eat healthy diet. I'm doing that because I lost my 2 packs in just 1 week because i ate too much unhealthy food and I also ate too much. I'm trying to go on this diet for a month. I also posted a note in my hostel room to motivate me on that. I worked so hard for 2 packs. A few months and it all went away in just 1 week. Well, life's like that.


My thought of the day: Everyone had trouble sleeping. I know exactly why. We think too much. We think about what will happen in the future, why didn't i do this, why didn't I say that, I could have saved something......... If we just think less and just put those unpleasant thoughts aside before going to bed, we can definitely sleep. But you will have to make yourself sleepy first. You can watch movies or read. It really helps.
